MISSION STATEMENT
“To listen to my clients needs and to respond to those needs in a timely and professional manner.” S.A. "Bud" Di Maggio
Originally from upstate New York, Bud made his way down south via Clemson University in the mid 80's and fell in love with the south soon after.
Bud holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial management and marketing from Clemson.
Bud now resides West of the Ashley in Charleston with his wife Melissa and their two children, Zoe and Simon. In his free time, Bud enjoys playing golf, coaching baseball in the St. Andrews Parks organization. He is a member of the Rotary Club of Charleston and Blessed Sacrament Church.
Bud is committed to his clients and goes the extra mile in making their entire home purchasing process as smooth as possible. Here are a few comments from his clients:
"My experience...was positive in every way. My agent, Bud Di Maggio, listened to what I wanted instead of trying to sell me something and found the perfect place for me. It was a major step for me to relocate from 35 years in Pennsylvania to Charleston at my age (59), but Bud helped me every step of the way."

"We were relocating to Charleston and needed help in finding our future home. Our agent, Bud Di Maggio, took us around Charleston and educated us as to what areas would be best for what we wanted. Bud was very diligent in listening to our needs and finding the right house for us. He knew the market very well and was able to identify the right neighborhood for us and we found the perfect house for a great price. We are very happy with the results and Bud did a great job every step of the way."

"In attempting to purchase our new home in the Mt Pleasant, SC area, I began to do some typical on line research while sitting in Colorado. Minutes later, I received my first, of many, phone calls from Bud DiMaggio of The Cassina Group. He listened well and began to send me a steady stream of electronic listings which we were able to sort through and filter. Soon, we had accumulated enough listings to justify a visit to South Carolina. Bud was there at the Airport and had materials for me to review as we visited the listings. Bud is patient, well informed, and always prepared. Most important to me, dealing from long distance, he listened carefully and always executed our plan well. I would recommend him unhesitatingly."
